Corsair Carbide Air 240 or Thermaltake V21

I am wanting a new case but I don't want to deal with a custom case right now so which case will fit my needs more and my specs are FX 6300, MSI GTX 770 2gb OC Twin Frozr, I will also want a couple extra HDD bays since I will be using them up frequently for my storage since I'm going to keep almost all of my files that I have and I will have backups on their, I did a little bit of research and the Air 240 has a CPU cooler might limit to 120mm and my GTX 770 is 125mm idk if the CPU and GPU height limit is the same but I don't want to return stuff, I prefer the Cosair Air 240 design but I'm fine with the V21 and Matx is the best for me right now since I don't have a capture card yet and I know I will get one, so which one will be the best for me and I am interested in making a custom loop later
