HELP PLZ GTX 1070 SCREEN GO BLACK

hey guys i had my pc for around 4 month now no issue what so ever now im having a couple of black screen when i start the pc cold 

and i have to restart it then its fine i see mobo logo then it go black i restart it then am fine 

event viewer say 41 power kernel help me plz 

 

should i format is my psu down is my card down ? 

 

Gtx 1070 msi 

Evga 750 watts psu 

I7 7700k 

Msi gaming m3 motherboard 

Ect

try using power directly from the wall and not from an extension cable

still happens, try using another PSU

if another PSU solves it then your current PSU needs to be RMA'd

turning overclocking off could also help. my system did this, and my overclock was not set right.
