Don't get a green HDD they are slow, why so much on an SSD? Dominator platinum ram is overpriced you can get 32gb of any other kind of ram for that price, why not go for a higher end board? Is a soundcard really necessary? Get a better cpu cooler and finally 290 non reference

I have my system right now hooked up to my tv i really had no clue i didnt need a soundcard inside but i guess with hdmi cable the tv speakers are good, is that right thinking?

I'm not really sure what you mean.

The soundchip on your motherboard will be perfectly fine.

yes that is faster. and about the whole sound card thing, if you are not a audio oriented person (as in you like very high quilty sound) then you don't need it. But if you  do then it's better then the sound chip included in your mobo. Also TV aren't really the best for computer use. that is why there is such a thing called a monitor! but depends on you tv, some a lot better then others! what is the Tv you are using?

EDIT: are you a sound person? do you WANT a sound card. just remeber that you don't need it, and there is a sound card in you mobo. Plus if you have HIGH end headphones then a sound card is the only way to get the max potential out of them. BUT if you don't and will not, then might as well save a few bucks and not get a sound card :)

Double check everything, I am usually wrong.
