whenever i minimize Chrome, and unminimize it, it goes black, and i have to unmaximize it to make it work again... 

 

does anyone know a solution...

Did you try re- downloading chrome? Given the age of your 6000 series graphics card and 775 Intel cpu, I would not be surprised if this is an instability issue with your system. I would recommend that you replace the thermal paste on your cpu and graphics card if re-downloading does not help.

this is happening on my brand new laptop. i've had this machine for 9 hours...
