So I've just build a new Rig(Specs bellow), installed I believe everything and it works just fine. However in the Device Manager there is a Unknown Driver({D49F883C-6486-400a-8C22-1A9EF48577E4}\HID_DEVICE), after some resarch I found out that it's a Promethean Serial Board Driver(SOURCE LINK), no idea what that's for. Can anyone help me with this?

I have, the h100i works fine and software is installed

Any other USB devices plugged? The Promethean thing seems to be a serial to USB adapter, so I'm trying to see if it may be built-in some device based on older serial technology usinga USB connection.
