Whea_uncorrectable_error BSOD When OCing

I decided after cleaning my CPU that I would attempt to properly OC my CPU (i7 4790k) to 4.4 at 1.125V.

1.125v at 4.4 I found last night was supposedly stable, ran a stress test for about an hour, good temps, no crash. Today while I was playing some doom my pc BSOD with the message "Whea_uncorrectable_error". Is this caused by unstable voltage or another issue like ram or something?
