Ok, and how do I make sure my CPU and video card are compatible? If one is much stronger than the other cant that cause problems?

Cpu and gpu compability dosent exist, gpu works on all motherboards. This image shows PCI, PCIE x1 and x16. For the gpu to fit you need the PCIE x16. Now adays PCI dosen't even exist, only X1, unless you have a 2010 or older PC

Sorry for not answering, in the PCIE X16 goes the GPU. The wifi card (If you buy it) Goes on PCIE X1.

I do not know prices but I still suggest to go Ryzen 3. If I find a Ryzen 3 vs low end coffee lake I will definitely share it with you.
