Can I make a cluster computer, if I can, how ?

I have two low performance shitty computers (one's a laptop one's a pre-built tower).

Can I combine the two together and make a little faster computer. Like use the cpu's of both like one and the same with the graphics or at least the CPU.

Please tell me how if I can.

Urr... Normally a CPU has a socket on its own, so you can't actually "run them both" together like you would a graphics card, unless if the motherboard actually has more than 1 socket for the CPU (normally found in server motherboards)
