Its too flashy

I have a MSI GTX 1070 Aero OC Edition card that has the MSI branding lit up by little LEDs. I want to figure out how to turn it off to see if i can turn all the lights off in my system. Has anyone else used this card and successfully got it to turn off?

I'm pretty sure those LEDs aren't software controllable

however, it's most likely possible to simply disconnect the LED lead from the PCB

Those are basically the only way to disable them, since they aren't software controlled.
