New pc help

Hi, i just finished my first pc build and turned it on to test it, it doesnt show anything on the screen and also it doesnt want to recognize my keyboard or mouse (they dont even turn on), but everything is turned on, the case/cpu fans are spinning and the mobo has lights turned on, gpu fans are not spinning but the gpu has a white light, i dont know what to do.

Power supply: evga 500w bronze 80+ 

Gpu: asus dual 1060 6gb

the cable management is trash but im pretty sure everything is where it should go, also i have one green/white cable unplugged because idk what im supposed to plug there

Your CPU power supply connection doesn't look like it's pushed in all the way. Maybe try re-seating it.

Its on the gpu, already plugged in both hdmi ports and nothing

Remove 1 RAM stick and try turning it on. If that doesn't work try a different slot.

You want to update your bios anyways to improve memory compatibility and system reliability.
