well... if its always on max... FPS will sometimes drop, right? I could be wrong, but that kind of makes sense...

I usually limit my fps to 60 or slightly above in some new games that require strong hardware, like PUBG or something.

How do  I signature? >.>

Yeah I was just saying cuz I get 200 fps in bf4 max settings and get slight fps drops, I will try to set it on 144fps maybe that helps.

Thank you.

Do FPS drops have any effect while playing bf4? like mini freeze thing right?

Yes it is. My pc is verry weak and I can only run CS:GO at 800x600 4:3 aspect ratio to get 75 fps (I downgrade my monitor res while playing to get +15Hz refresh rate(75) ). If I play with the default CS frame settings (that is either fps_max 300 or fps_max 0(outputs as many fps as it can)) my game stutters like hell while, with fps_max 75 it runs smoothly if there are not a lot of things going on in front of me(smokes and mollys) and I am on a small and not so demanding map (ex: cache, dust, mirage. Inferno used to run well now is shit and nuke is a total disaster). I think this has to do with the fact that you perceive a stutter when you have a change in fps so if your pc can't easily handle 100 fps for example, you should try limiting the game to the first fps setting that runs smoothly across all scenarios. I do not make this stuff up as both me, my brother and a friend of mine experienced this thing and limit our fps while playing(even though if you search the problem on reddit, some people will say it does not matter).

P.S. Someone I play with has a 2000$ pc with a 1080ti FE and a 7700k and even he experiences some stutter on more demanding maps like nuke even though his fps drops from 600 to 300 and at 300 you wouldn't think you'll experience stutter but it is because of the drop.

P.P.S. JayzTwoCents spoke about this issue in a video of his but idk which, if I can find it I will link it here.
