I play games like GTA V, Watch Dogs 2, Battlefield, but nothing too competitive. I am looking at getting a steam link to stream to my tv. I also travel frequently so here are my setup's at different locations.

1. Desktop (Specs in signature), Netgear Nighthawk router with 5GHz Channel ($300-ish router) (Might be able to rig up a wired setup)

2. Laptop (Specs in signature), AT&T Router with a 5GHz Channel (Wireless Only)

Will it work ok for 1080p 60fps? (Full quality directly from device.) Is it worth it?
