The router is in the apartment upstairs, as you can see i have 30/30mbit connection.

I have a Asus PCE ac1300 wireless adapter.

I lag in games, do you guys have any suggestions to this problem?

(im not sure what kind of router they have, the router is one floor above)

as in, you're "borrowing" the neighbor's wifi?

No, hes my landlord. The wifi is included in the rent.

then contact your landlord to tell him you're not happy with your internet.

So there is no fixes i can do in windows etc to get it more stable ? Im not so sure what he can do, i dont think he can strech an inet cable from his apartment down here. And there are seperate fuseboxes so a walladapter isnt an option either.

what you're getting is EXTREMELY good for the type of solution he's offering, if that solution is good is a different matter, but if you feel like it isnt you should contact your landlord for alternative options.

i can tell you that IMO every flat should have their own modem, but in the end that's all that man's decision.

Im thinking about getting my own internett connection, its only like 65$ a month. But its strage, the inet only spikes like that when i play games, i doesnt spike when i stream youtube or something like that.
