I have a hard time choosing between asus prime x370 pro and Asus strix b350-f . I'm willing to pay the extra it's just I don't really care about sli on prime x370 pro but the 8x/4x on the b350-f is scaring me. It also looks to me as if the b350-f is a little better built. And yes I need aura sync that's why I chose these boards in the first place. Thanks

16x or 8x / 4x, meaning if you want to only plug in a GPU it is fine but if you want to plug in a GPU and some other card (that is wired to the CPU PCIe lanes and not the chipset) then the GPU will drop to 8x 3.0.

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

what themctipers says is true, but even if it runs ar 8x 3.0, the gpu won't be bottlenecked by it. pcie 3.0 is just to good to be fully utilized by our gaming video cards
