I built a gaming PC about a month ago, and ever since then there has been this slight buzz which seems to be coming from my PSU. When doing more rigorous activities, like playing newer games on high graphics settings, the buzz/grind noise becomes much louder. I have no idea what the issue is. I have heard I need to replace it, or my screws on my case are wiggly. Is this a problem I should immediately fix or if I leave it for now, like I have been doing, will it go away? Should I be worried about it? Please help.

Are you sure it's coming from your PSU and not your GPU? What you're describing sounds a lot like coil whine, which is typically from the graphics card.

If you're still within the return/exchange period on the PSU, I'd do so and see if that fixes it.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
