Will I run into any problems?

Hello.

 

As the title states, will I run into any problems. The Corsair 600C says it can hold E-ATX motherboards up to 10.6 Inches, my motherboard is 10.9 inches wide plus it has a backplate/armor, i don't know what to call it. The motherboard is the Asus Zenith Extreme. I don't think I will run into any problems but I read a tomshardware review( http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/corsair-carbide-clear-600c-atx-full-mid-tower-gaming-case,review-33442-2.html ) That the rubber grommets areaa is lifted up 1/16. Will that cause any problems with the included backplate one the motherboard?

Well since the board is .3 inches longer and a bit thicker compared to normal, and the rubber is raised up some, you could run into clearance issues. I don't see anything personally that would show it wouldn't work, other than maybe standoffs not being where they need to be/rubber grommets area being higher...but again the case specs are 10.6 inches, so I'd personally go for a smaller board unless there's a specific reason you need an E-ATX board.

Unfortunately I can't go with any other board since the other offered boards won't come in for another month.

To avoid potential unnecessary returns I would try to find a case that fits specification for the motherboard if your build cant wait until different boards came out
