i have the same pc will run on all very low then textures on high (thats the best settings for pubg) or you could play just normal everything

Yes, it will run PUBG fine, but the 1060 in there only has 3GB VRAM, which will gimp the card in the future.

if possible, try to increase budget to fit in a 1060 6GB.

 

under normal conditions, you would've been able to fit even an RX 580 8GB in there, but nowadays, with miners and stuff, all GPU prices are sky-high.
