So a friend bought a computer, came with hdd with gta 5, fallout ECT on the hdd for steam.  Is there anyway to play those games. We transferred the file the games are in to his steam library in hdd (settings- steam libary- game files) it shows play on his steam but doesn't load. Do the game need to be bought no matter what or is there a way around it. Not trying to be cheap just they are there and why not play them?!?

Probably not. Steam are pretty ruthless with licensing. Best way to get free games, is to steam library share with a few friends. You get all their games, and with your own save files and progress.

Sync RGB fans with motherboard RGB header.

well yes there are ways but its piracy so its your shout but hacked DLL's do exist
