Corsair CUE can't detect device

Hey Guys!

 

Me and my girlfriend have the same keyboards, but her keyboard won't be detected by the Corsair CUE program.

It's a K70 LUX RGB with mx cherry red. At start up it's red except WASD and the arrow keys that are white.

She has the latest update on the CUE, 2.15.83 (the program says it's the latest atleast) and I think she has the latest firmware in the keyboard to (Can't check since the program won't detect her keyboard) we have also uninstalled the CUE program and the HID and let windows reinstall the HID and then installed the CUE all new, worked for a day or so, then it was back the old problem again. Only the lights that does'nt work, she can still type and play games with it.

Would love to get some help with this!

Have you tried to use the k70 with another computer? See if it can run the lights

Well what to do depends on how new the keyboard is, like above testing it on another pc or laptop with the software to see if it works would help rule out it's your pc being funny, one other thing it may be that the software don't like having 2 of the same keyboard being plugged into the same pc and useing the same software but to me I don't see why it would be like that even though they are the same keyboard. You could try reinstalling it and only plugging in her keyboard and see if it lasts if all else fails contact corsair customer services there very good and will sort out your issue

Hey guys!

Have tried it in my own PC and it works without any problems, even tried with both mine and her keyboard at the same time, they both got the same lightning effect and the CUE on my computer finds both our keyboards =)
Have alrdy tried uninstall and reinstall both keyboard and CUE on my GFs PC, still not working.. Guess I just have to contact corsair then ^^
