Geforce experience slow down gpu performance?

I have noticed that after i have installed geforce experiance that i have got less fps in games and my scores on benchmark programs have gone down quite a bit.

Anyone else have this problem or know what i am talking about ?

Uninstall it. Cause FPS drops.

What would i know, my Intel GMA 950 powered laptop wont allow me to install Geforce Experience and try to run classic games with it... grrr!

GeForce experiences only use to me is shadow play, and even then, I dont like it considering you have to make an account just to use the damn thing.
