Routers

Vatablous

I need to get a new router for home use. It would have about 4 people streaming at once, good range to get around the whole house (2 stories). It doesn't need to have the 5GHz band but would be beneficial. Also be cheaper than 300NZD (220 USD) Any questions please leave below.

Thanks :)

I use the TP-Link Archer c3200 for my network. With my ISP's gigabit speed, it does 300-400Mbps on wireless, 900-930Mbps wired.

You can get this router on Amazon for $127 US. It's a really great router with easy to set up features.

I have seen this one when looking around before. It's good to know it works so well! Do you have any idea of max range?

Yeah, That's exactly what I said as Well! Range is amazing once you have a central location. Since I have a basement and second floor, I have it installed on the first floor of my semi-detached house. It can reach out to the far end of my backyard and the end of my driveway. I'm also able to maintain 80-85% of coverage in the 5Ghz band in my bedroom where some routers failed to sufficiently penetrate my walls.

Unifi AP Pro. It's the access point but not the router part. Usually cheaper.
