Mice Issues

I recently got a new computer, https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/KNn9LD if its needed, since then my mouse has been jumping all around the screen when im not using it and its near impossible to use as when I do move it will either jump in the opposte reaction or be really laggy. Ive got a new mouse same one Razer Mamba TE and that fixed it for a while but its now started again and my mouse is unsuable, Ive tried different USB ports, turning off all the lighting effects on my mouse and all the software is up to date. Im stuck with some £5 logitech mouse from tescos atm. Ive turned off enhance pointer precision as well

Have you tried cleaning out the sensor area of the mouse?

Yep, and the surface its being used on, its on a razer firefly mousemat

As well as this, ensure that the surface you use the mouse on is free from debris (cumbs and such) and flat, without bumps or curves.

Edit: Ninja'd at the last second, darn. Do you have downloaded and  are updated to the latest driver/software package for said mouse?

Yea synapse has always had the latest update and i recently got a firmware update download from razer support but it hadnt fixed it

not yet, im holding off on that as this is a brand new PC and I legit just finished reinstalling all my programs games etc, the fact that it persists across computers makes me think its not the windows install though.

Oh, was it a Razer mouse that screwed up both times?

Maybe it's time to get an RMA, sell it and buy a different brand.

Im in the process of attempting to get an RMA right now and even the cheepo logitech mouse does the exact same thing, I want to say its an incompatability issue between my mouse an my new pc as this started as I got the new computer but its a flippin mouse, I have 2 Mamba TE rn, the old one ive had for a year that jumps around the screen etc and the new one thats a few weeks old and just straight up doesnt work at all. The logitech one jumps around the screen. Just so confusing, give me a PC component to troubleshoot anyday but a mouse, no thanks ;-;

Have you cleaned the sensor and mousepad? 

Have you tried updating the mouse's firmware?

Uninstall and remove the devices in device manager.
