Don't buy a Toshiba drive. I'd also personally go with liquid cooling if you're overclocking.

Why the M.2 version of the 850 Evo? If you choose the 2,5" version, you can use the M.2 slot for an NVMe drive in the future. 

A 650W PSU should be enough

while I was looking for storage the m.2 was going to be available when I was hoping to order. But I'm going with the ssd.  As for the psu I am looking to the future.

I feel that I should also mention that I plan to use this for streaming/gaming so.

Get the 2.5" 850 EVO. I'd maybe save $10 on the PSU and get an 850W Seasonic Focus instead, but the 750W G2 is great as well.
