Cooler Master Sickleflow X 120mm or Cooler Master MasterFan Pro 120 Air Flow RGB

I've Phanteks p400, which case fan should I go for,   Cooler Master Sickleflow X 120mm or Cooler Master MasterFan Pro 120 Air Flow RGB to get more air in to the case, which can circulate more inside case, in India Noctua fans are very expensive and can't find them too, suggest any case fan which should available in amazon.in within 1200 indian rupees which can keep my case aerated and cool, ty in advanced.

Well rgb always makes things better, and if you don't care about that just look at the specs and reviews. find the best one in the price
