Is this fan config fine?

Xdrone

The light blue represents PWM fans on the rad (push/pull).

The dark blue and yellow (intake, exhaust), represent non-PWM fans at a constant 1400 rpm.

The brown represents the radiator.

Is this config fine?

are there too many fans and I should just have two pwm fans on the rad instead of 2 non-pwm + 2 pwm in push/pull?

The overall directions of the fans is fine, but you should always put the same fan everywhere on the radiator. Having a mixture of fans will just cause added turbulence in the airflow and diminish your performance, and potentially be louder.

put the 2 light blue fans on top part of the rad (1 intake 1 outtake) and the dark blue on the bottom (or reversed).
