Hi guys,
I would like to have some advise from you, I am planning to build my very first PC, I am actually based in UAE so I am not able to get the prices that is available in this site.
This build is mainly for photo and video editing, mainly photoshop and lightroom for photo editing and for video editing are corel, nero, gopro and maybe adobe premiere. And some other multi-tasking such as browsing, watching movies and such. And if I may ask again, should I go for a High-end video card or a 2gb video card should be enough?

tanks in advance!

sometimes its better to wait & get to know stuffs for better future proof build, so that you don't regret later :) since you love intel you should wait for the Coffelake processors which is coming out soon. Although for content creation, video editing & multitasking Ryzen is providing great value for the price, besides more cpu cores would help you better for your tasks. Normally I prefer intel side when matters to gaming, but in your case you might better off with Ryzen. As mentioned earlier if your budget is tight atleast get gtx 1050 ti/ 1060 gpu ..do some more research, eventually you will make the best choice I hope :D
