sometimes its better to wait & get to know stuffs for better future proof build, so that you don't regret later  since you love intel you should wait for the Coffelake processors which is coming out soon. Although for content creation,video editing & multitasking Ryzen is providing great value for the price, besides more cpu cores would help you better for your tasks. Normally I prefer intel side when matters to gaming, but in your case you might better off with Ryzen. As mentioned earlier if your budget is tight atleast get gtx 1050 ti/ 1060 gpu ..do some more research, eventually you will make the best choice I hope
