Would anyone be able to help me with a build that's around $800, preferably under. I do have a Hyper Evo 212 cooler but I'm not sure if I should get a new one since the buy needs to only include a motherboard, RAM, CPU, and GPU. Put the best ~$800 can buy . Thanks much!

Yup. Still a bit expensive, but awesome! I already have a 980 Ti though, so I'm good. But it's massively handy for making build lists, since we don't have to recommend 1050 Tis anymore.

Get the Ryzen 5 1600. It's the same thing with a lower base, with the stock cooler you can overclock it back up

It's a lot easier for us to understand if you provide all of your already-purchased components in your PCPartPicker list and mark them as purchased. In your posts you really make it sound like you are looking to purchase all-new components, as seen below.
