(CPU+GPU) + Gaming GPU + Work Station GPU working in parallel?

I am attempting to build my next computer. I am coming from the Mac work and know a little bit about a lot :). I know in my Macbook that the intel CPU graphics works in parallel with the GPU. Will all of the Graphic work in parallel on Windows 10? I work and play on the same computer "$1000 starting budget". I am wondering if running 16GB Ram the intel i5 with HD630 graphics and AMD Radeon Pro WX 2100 would run my 28inch 4K FreeSync display by way of DisplayPort full resolution 60Hz > Main job of the computer > Processing and retouching vary large RAW Still Images and 2nd job of computer is Playing TF2 at 4K or Overwatch 1080p or BattleFront 1080p  at 60+fps to relax/breaking from work?

HD 630 won't do shit. Also, go Ryzen instead of i5.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

Also, doesn't that card kinda suck a little? Have you looked at "gaming" cards?

In your Macbook, the Intel GPU doesn't work in parallel with the dedicated GPU. They work seperately.

I would go with Ryzen for more cores, also i would recommend a Gaming GPU unless you need 10bit colour support (btw what program are you using? PS?) the GPUs are cheap for more performance (EDIT: $150 for a card is not a lot what do you plan to buy?), and better gaming performance as i doubt you will play overwatch at 4K (i don't know how intensive it is so i might be wrong). Also the Intel GPU does not work in parallel with the dedicated GPU card even in workstation loads, check your preferences.
