Keyboard problem, computer doesnt recognize it

My keyboard Eagle Tec kg010 doesnt get regonized by the computer it says "USB device not recognized" what could be the problem, back lights on keyboard flash 3 times before the message comes,  could not be a power problem, I also replaced usb cable tried different ports, same messeage, I think it either has to be a data problem or like a driver software problem, I also tried updating drivers windows says uptodate

Could it be related to the mouse? JK. It might be a dead bird, try on a different PC.

LOL, no the mouse works now, I bought a new keyboard (broken)

lol, try in another PC with a different version of window. It may be the controller but thats uncommon.
