Best Overclocking Software?

I want to start overclocking but my motherboard doesn't support it and I've looked for a hacked version of the bios and nothing but is the a reliable free overclocking software?

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

As a rule you don't overclock with software anyway, unless its GPU. If your motherboard doesn't support it there is a reason for it....

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) is pretty good for under-clocking and light OC.

I haven't had a good experience with software overclocking, And I must admit I had forgotten about that xD

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Power saving, too high temps etc. Running at stock/automatic and not needing all the power. There are reasons. Like software testings.
