What's the difference between G.SKILL F4-3200C14D-32GTZ and F4-3200C14Q?

I'm going to use it on the TaiChi X399, and I don't know if it's ok.Because the motherboard is still on the way.I'm a Guinea pig,I hope the other  will tell me...the result.
