Return it if you can. That's a really, really, old crappy processor, i'd be expecting it to suck at gaming.

 

Ryzen 1600 and and any b350 motherboard is your best bet. It destroys the i5.

yeah but then i need a hole new motherboard if i go with that processor

That seems solid. And with the R5 1600 you should still have some headroom for later GPU upgrades.
For RAM you could also use 2x "G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory".

That way you are able to maybe upgrade to 32GB in the Future, and it is basically a better Value at almost the same price.
