X99 build

I need the CHEAPEST CPU & RAM (8GB) for x99 possible 

I will buy used no problem

Motherboard is a asrock x99 extreme4

Supports xeons and i7s

Also supports excellent ram I think

Idc about the clock speed

I have all other parts psu case hdd etc dont need gpu

You can get low level Xeons...but it might not work for what you want to do.

2630Lv3/2630v3 ES chips.  cheap as hell and should work on your AsRock mobo. 

get the cheapest 8gb ddr4 for like $50

Ik ram prices gone up and all but shouldn't ecc ddr4 be lower
