Get a decent Cooler for the cpu, dial in a core voltage of 1.35V and 4.8 GHZ for the cpu (should be a multiplier of 48) and test for stability and temps. If you get around 85 Celsius move up to 49 multiplier, test for stability, then 50. If you can get to 5 ghz you may want to think about getting your CPU delidded by SiliconLottery, as it will certainly help thermals.

After you find your CPU overclock your GPU should be able to get 2 Ghz on the core, and 11000 on the mem. Look for the guide to your particular GPU.
