Asus Z170 Delux boot issue

Hi am having a boot issue with my Asus Z170 Delux, the pc screen doesn't even switch on. But if i remove the gpu "Asus Strix GTX1080" power the pc for 30 secs switch the pc off put, the GPU back in it works fine!!

 

Running the latest bios. Ive also tried to clear CMOS, bios flash back, disabled IGPU. Tried a different gpu "GTX580"

 

Q-code error is- A2

IDE Detect

Try to plug the drive you want the OS on and your optical drive only, boot from CD drive. any additional drives makes the bios crazy without a OS yet.
Tried messing about with the hard drives no luck.
The PC is stable one booted, it never crashes.
