mATX motherboards with wifi

So, I am considering building my first mATX computer with Ryzen 3 and a B350 chipset, and had some questions about built in wi-fi.

Is built in wi-fi a thing for mATX motherboards? I see all kinds of ATX and mini-ITX motherboards with built-in wifi, but not any mATX? I'm super confused as to why I can't find any. Is this just a Ryzen thing? Would I be better off just buying a separate pcie wifi card anyway?

The simple explanation is that there aren't that many premium MATX boards.Pepole just see them as cheap ATX's

mATX boards for the AM4 platform that have wireless, from what I see, only have it for x370. There is a B350 motherboard with wireless, but it's mini itx.

A cheap pcie card is fine, the issue is that

A) As @Himommies said there arent any premium MATX boards.

B) wifi is considered a luxury on everything but itx, so few big boards have it.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

IMO there really isn't any appeal with MATX anymore builds are getting bigger with cases like the MANTA and ATX is getting smaller with cases like the EVOLV. I feel like at this point there only appealing to the 2 ends with cases such as the Evolv Shift with a tiny footprint and then cases like the COSMOS 25th Edition

You seem to be conflating itx and matx, both of the small cases you mention are itx.
