Hey,im currently trying to upgrade my PC with a GPU.
My setup is:
Intel Celeron Dual-Core G1820 2.7GHz
HyperX Fury Blue 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz
ASUS H81M-K Motherboard
GIGABYTE GeForce GT 630 2GB DDR3 GPU

Im currently thinking of buying a GTX 1050,but im scared my CPU might bottleneck it.

I would do this order:

1) CPU

2) graphics card

3) RAM

The 4 gigs should not hold you back that badly if you decide to buy something like a 1050(Ti) after the CPU upgrade, though after having bought a new CPU and GPU I would definetely buy at least 2-4 more gigs of ram.

Make sure to tag and/or quote people so they get notified... :P:D

Depending on the games that you will be playing you will definable see a bottle neck between your graphics card and cpu, My advice would be to upgrade the processor first to a cheap quad core, Maybe even a Ryzen 3. Then upgrade your Gpu to a 1050 when you have the money. Regardless of which one you buy you will be bottle necking it with the other components, However I would argue that a Cpu upgrade can be more beneficial overall.
