I had this same idea. I created a server that i never got it populated that i could repurpose and shift ownership or give mod status to LMG mods

Not any official ones. And there won't be any. Main reason: keeping it civil would require 24/7 moderation and isn't possible with volunteers. It would need paid people to watch it full time. Atm only official-ish real time chat is Twitch chat.
