So i have ryzen 5 1400, zotac gtx 1050 mini 4gb, ram 8gigs single channel 2133mhz, seagte baracuda 1t hdd, win 10 home ,mb asrock 320m, psu cheftech 500w

And yes i bearly have 100fps in cs go on low settings. Its worst than my i 5 4460 build whit allmost same spec except cpu and gpu is rx 460 and on i5 build i get 300+ fps in cs go.

My questions is why its slow?

Have you reinstalled the GPU drivers by using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)?
And make sure the DVI/HDMI cable is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard.

r5 CPUs don't have integrated graphics, so there wouldn't be any video output if the HDMI/DVI cable were connected to the motherboard.

@Bayron what's the exact model of RAM that you're using?
Ryzen CPUs benefit immensely from higher frequency RAM. If your memory can support it, I'd suggest updating the motherboard bios and activating the highest A-XMP profile available

I never said anything about an upgrade. Just asked about RAM model so I'd get an idea of how high the frequency could go on it. Trying the A-XMP angle might give some results

I don't think a RAM change will triple your performance. Something else is going on here...

From what I gather lots of gamers have issues with AMD CPU's on CS:GO. At least on the older AMD Chips.

Also, being an _old_ game its probably optimized for intel's supplementary instruction sets like SSE2 etc. Even though Ryzen supports those old instruction sets, the games might not be recognizing them on an AMD CPU.

Firstly however, I would compare a modern game (last year or so) between your i5 and ryzen system and see the difference.

A lot of things to add for one CS;GO and ryzen don't go together as well as a I3 or better CPU. Second you only have one ram dimm meaning the Infinity fabric is also getting a HUGE bottleneck.

That is the issue.

Infinity fabric needs dual channel high bandwidth memory. Also Intel is still a better choice for single threaded games like CS:GO. Just about the only thing the I5 is better at.

Technically running at 2133 even in dual channel is a massive bottleneck but having only one dimm meaning half the bandwidth again that basically makes ryzen perform like total crap. I bet even normal scores are down like in Cinebench and geekbench and whatever else.

-No, it means you'd be best served getting an additional stick.

-You're running Ryzen with single-channel RAM.

-The fact that the rest of the system can affect Ryzen's performance does not make Ryzen bad.

"Do as I say, not as I do."

-Because you actually care if it makes sense.

Yeah, it's not that Ryzen is bad, but there's a few caveats with the new platform, so cutting corners on the mobo and RAM hurts.  CS:GO and other legacy games will favor single core performance.  Dual channel RAM will help out but I also would've said to stretch for the B350 for OCing.
