I have this idea for A project that I might want to do eventually and currently doing some research,

How would I go about making a custom Windows 10 installation, like that was possible in 7 and XP, where I'd remove non-essential windows 10 features and add some stuff in, and would it be illegal to this on a commercial level?

Yea i have no clue if or how you can do this.
