Through I cant recommend a set of headphones - I'm a die hard cable fan myself - you could consider something like the mod mic  (which comes off when your not using it) so you can have truly good headphones. If you want true wireless through (If your just at a desk though, why? Just mount a cable input/output to the bottom of the desk at the front so you can plug in and out with ease - you could just mount the DAC to the underside of the desk) You could A.) Get a small wireless transiver for the mod mic or you could get a boom arm and a desk mic.

Bow down to me humans.

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

Also, be a sport and mark the correct answer as the correct answer. It will help pour souls in the future when they are stuck and need guidance.

I was thinking off a boom mic but it would suit my setup, I used to have a midmic but I would like a wireless, I am looking for something cloud 2 level in mic quality, sound quality and comfiness. I know it will cost more but I'm happy to do that

also what is the difference between 800  840 and H then?

840 uses X 7.1 Surround (w/e that means) and I believe H is just their newest model

stop, just stop. The only wireless that is worth a damn is the Sennheiser RS line up, go and get a pair and then buy a desktop mic, the audio quality will be much higher than any of that steelseries crap people have been recommending.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Feel free to pm me if you have a question for me or quote me. If you want to hear what I have to say about something just tag me.
