Shadow play, OBS, Lightworks all kinds of problems ....

Hey guys,
I have been trying to record and edit some video footage of over-watch. my problem is that when i record with shadow play when i import the file into light works to edit, the audio is desynchronised.

This is because shadow play records at a variable frame rate.
To counter this issue i have tried to first trans code the video through hand break then re import it into light works.

The issue then is that light works can not scrub through the video very well and when exporting the final product is choppy and really weird.

 So next up is obs...

I can record with obs at a constant frame rate and then the file plays nicely with light works. however obs can only record at 60 fps and as i have a 144hz monitor i am running over-watch at 250 fps and the actual video recorded has dropped frames and stutters.

So to correct this i capped my frame rate in over watch at 120 fps, happy days the recording was pretty smooth and the audio was in sync and worked very well in light works.

Now my issue is when i come to record games like wild lands i get around 80 fps on average so i am back to having the stutters again as it records at a constant 60 fps.

So i can use shadow play to record smoothly but have desynced audio or use obs and have jittery playback but in time audio

My questions being is there a way i can sync the audio from shadow play and then get it to run correctly in lightwork ?
is there a way to get a smooth recording  with variable fps in game but recording constant 60 with obs

Or do you have any suggestions on free software that can edit the shadow play files ie just cut bits out that i dont want in.

My system is a

-1700 at 3.9ghz

-sli 980tis

- 16gb of ram

 Thanks in advance

Can't you just adjust the audio/video on lightworks so that it's synced? Kind of like how unlink works on adobe premiere?

pretty good to be honest dude =]

hardly touched the cpu performance and it worked awesome, looks bad over double the frame rate so 121 and above but good under neith, im uploading the videos to youtube now and il link you so u can see the quality.
they are 1440p native to 1080p in obs the to 720 via light works but they look really good and smooth.

im really happy how it turned out with those settings =]

x264 encoding requires a beefy cpu (which you have) so figured your cpu could handle it
