When I hit the power switch, the computer turns on but does not boot into bios. The fans spin, the graphics card gets power, but no sound from the speaker indicating a successful post.

 

I accidentally bent the motherboard a bit when installing the CPU heatsink. I also accidentally got some thermal paste on a few CPU pins that I mostly cleaned up. I don't think the thermal paste killed the CPU since in a PGA setup each pin goes in a separate compartment.

 

The graphics card works, and so does the power supply.
