I'm not entirely sure what you're asking here, sorry.

 

From my interpretation, you are trying to use a USB flash drive as boot drive, but it has personal files on it. Unfortunately, you will need to format the drive to allow your computer to boot from it. You cannot boot to a hard drive that simply has Windows 10's installation executable inside it.

i already installed the media creation tool etc.. im gonna boot FROM the usb to the ssd, but i wanna know if i can change the priority of the boot tool, so it can boot that but not my personal files etc..

Windows 10 installation media cannot be used to boot into Windows. You will always end up on the installation screen if you change your boot priority to always boot from the drive.

If any of the files in the root directory of the thumb drive are files that are executable at run time then just place them inside a sub-directory. Then the only boot option will be the windows installer.
