Mouse doesnt work after restart

I am having this same problem!!!

My razer Naga wireless was working fine and then one day i got home and tried to use it and the mouse was off and didnt work, ive tried everything. I even bought a new mionix mouse and the same thing happened.

When i try using the mionix mouse it says that the mouse malfunctioned.
