unplug the 24 pin connector and grab a paper clip. make it so that the paper clip has two ends and plug it into the green slot and the black one right next to it:

And switch the power supply on

-merged & moved to PSU section-

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

How can I power up an power supply Without motherboard.  I just want to run Fans in server cabnet

Depending on the Power Supply, you can or can not do it.

Some Power Supplys have a no load protection and won't turn on if a minimal load is not met.

Best/Cheapest Thing to do would be to put a USB connector  on the fan as most fans will run with 5V...

For testing purpose that should be more than enough.

What/how many fans are we talking about? What do you really want to do??
