And if I update Bios will i be able to use my current CPU?

Download this (not sure if linking like this work since some sites are jerks about it), plop the contents onto a USB drive, and boot into the BIOS where there should be an option buried somewhere to update the BIOS.

Find the bios on the manufacturer's website, download the latest one. Put it on a USB. Boot into the BIOS, find a function called "Flash from USB" or something similar, select the USB, select the BIOS, click "ok". Bios should update its self
