To many USB devices?

Ssoele

So for my Bitcoin mining rig, I have the following problem, I think I am at the limitation of USB.

Whenever I plug anything new in any of the ports, 1 other devices disconnects.

My layout is as following.

Motherboard on-board ports (4)Motherboard header ===> Internal USB hub (8) ===> Internal USB hub (8) ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                         |                         |                   |                         |                         ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                         |                         |                   |                         |                         ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                         |                   |                         ===> Internal USB hub (8) ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                         |                         |                   |                         |                         ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                         |                         |                   |                         |                         ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                         |                   |                         ===> Internal USB hub (8) ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                                                   |                   |                                                   ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                                                   |                   |                                                   ---> Front panel USB bay (13)                   |                   ===> Front panel USB ports (2) === Dual USB cable --- Single USB cable
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? I would like to be able to use as many as possible ports at the same time.

Would this problem be solved if I upgrade the motherboard to one that has more on-board USB headers?

Of course they are, I have a separate 300W 5V PSU for them.

Hmmm, this has also been happening to me...? I was thinking it was the power but it turns out it isn't. It definitely has something to do with the hubs.

Also, that's a lot of USB ports :D
