Very similar PSUs, which is better and what are the differences?

Hello, so I ordered an XFX Pro 650W Core Edition (non-modular) for my friend's rig and received an XFX TS 650W (Bronze) PSU, I didn't complain and just assembled the rig because I know both are similar and more than good enough, especially for an R5 1600 + GTX 1060 6GB combo.

 

However, I'd like to know which one is actually a better unit and what makes it that? The Core Edition has the part number of P1-650S-UKB9 and the TS 650W has P1-650S-NLB9.

They're both based on the exact same Seasonic platform (the same as the M12II 750 - 850W).
