RockStor Troubleshooting

     I am creating a home file server with an old computer and am having trouble installing Rockstor, 

I can get through the installation just fine but when it is loaded up it asks for a login and password. I know the password because it asked me to create a root password but the login was never prompted. I read that a url for the web gui is supposed to be above the login prompt but that is nonexistent for me. Any help is much appreciated!

The WebUI is https://<ip_address_of_server>

If you know what the IP address is you can also try an SSH session to it.

 

If you're unsure what the IP is, with the URL not showing its possible your network isnt initialized.

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + F1 to see if you get a terminal (tty) session on the box....

If you do, then login and try 'ifconfig'
